Welcome to Ring A Bottle. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Ring A Bottle services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to:
- Comply with all applicable Canadian laws
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only
For alcohol, cannabis, or age-restricted products, you must provide valid government-issued photo ID upon delivery.
2. User Roles
Ring A Bottle serves three main user types:
- Customers: Order groceries, parcels, alcohol, cannabis, and other goods.
- Vendors: Sell products via the Ring A Bottle platform.
- Delivery Partners (Shoppers): Fulfill shopping and delivery requests.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and current personal information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities under your account
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the platform in compliance with these Terms, Canadian federal and provincial laws, and any applicable local regulations.
5. Orders & Payments
- Orders placed are binding once accepted by the vendor or delivery partner
- You agree to pay all applicable charges, taxes, service fees, and tips
- Payment is processed through secure third-party providers
6. OTP and Final Delivery Confirmation
- Orders are finalized with a One-Time Password (OTP) provided by the customer
- Once the OTP is entered, the delivery is marked complete and non-refundable
RAB Vendor Terms & Conditions
1) Scope of Services
RAB operates a multi-service marketplace platform supporting:
- Restaurants (Food Services)
- Liquor Stores
- Cannabis Stores
- Auto Parts
- Mini-Stores
- Pet Stores
- Flowers & Gifts
- Convenience Stores
2) Commission & Fees
- Platform Service Commission: RAB charges a 15% service commission on the order subtotal
- Fee Changes: RAB reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time
3) Payouts & Settlement
- Payout Frequency: Weekly
- Settlement Delay: 7-day delay from order completion
- Payouts are issued net of: Platform commission, Refunds, Chargebacks, Adjustments
4) Age-Restricted Products
Vendors selling Liquor or Cannabis must:
- Hold all required provincial and municipal licenses
- Comply with all age-verification laws
- Ensure proper packaging, labelling, and handoff requirements
5) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, with primary jurisdiction by province.
